Installations
Installations come in all shapes, sizes and budgets.
A typical installation would follow a specific course of events first being questions and answers.
A brief from the client's: What is your vision and concepts; what functionality is expected; what is your capacity?; How many rooms do you need to be zoned; what are the distance and what could be the restraints. i.e., time, finance or legal, etc.
Site visit and planning: Our project supervisor will draw up schematics and system specifications to be submitted for approval and construction along with a costing sheet outlining the costs involved in the project(s).
Meetings and implementation: We are used to working with the construction industry, and having meetings with architects and builders and work very closely with electricians. We maintain a high quality of cooperation with other teams involved with the project.
It's really happening start date and completion. We have found that the original costings and timing invariably get tweaked as the project goes along, and the original costings aren’t always the final figure. As we appreciate, this is work in progress and ideas and budgets can change. We stay focused and flexible to achieve the goal set out by the clients.
Purchasing equipment: We have no allegiance to any of the leading brands, but we maintain good and strong relationships with them. So we are always informed about new products, we use our product knowledge of the industry to choose the product we believe will serve you well.
Testing and training: All our equipment is tested in-house fully before we hand it over to the clients, all operatives are trained in use of the equipment, and we are also able to provide the venue with short-term or long-term technicians, all relevant documents and manuals will be delivered to the site to our clients.

We know you do not want to become a technician, but have a system that is easy to use and functional to suit your venue and its applications. If equipment is not booked in time, we cannot guarantee availability of certain products that have been requested, but we will endeavour to supply the equivalence to the same, or as near as possible.
